The grapes on these single varietal wines from the Lisbon wine-producing region come from a vineyard called “Zavial”. In the case of Pinot Noir, it is a parcel with 6ha of area in which there are three different clones planted. In the case of Syrah, it is a 1,2ha parcel with vineyards with 20 years of age. Both wines are not subject to any filtration or artificial stabilization and only small quantities were bottled. |

Intense aroma with perceptible blackberry, cherry and raspberry notes. Some spices add complexity to the set. In the month you can feel the elegance of the variety, with freshness, noticeable tannins although balanced. Long, profound, and pleasant ending. Food Pairing: Special occasions accompanied by fat fish dishes and all sorts of meats.
